Beautiful home, nice layout.

So you walk in the front door and see my kitchen sink... and any dishes I haven't washed? This setup is a focus on spartan decorating, even the canisters on the counter make it look messy. Put some pics on the fridge of the kids and the whole house would feel cluttered. Never mind how it would feel to eat at the dinning table with the stacked pans and dishes you cooked with scattered in the kitchen. I don't know anyone who cleans an entire kitchen BEFORE they sit down to eat. Flaw of the open concept. You have to be not just a perfect housekeeper every minute but also against any decorating or personal touches. Not for me.

The layout is gorgeous. But the price. 😩

Do you know of a dealership that does 10% over factory invoice? About all of them have them if you can find them. If course that puts all the setup on you, but you can save a ton of money. Only drawback is you have to pay cash, no financing.

I don't think I have a preference on open or closed floor plans. - I guess if it hits all the marks, I need then I'd go with anything for the right price. DEEP FREEZER SPACE!!! -Dances- THIS is what I've been screaming for. You would not believe the mobile homes I've looked at that do not have a space for a deep freezer! And yes sir its a deal breaker to not have that space! (Please if anyone sees this that makes mobile homes have the medicine cabinets come back in ALL bathrooms! It's a much needed space!) (I believe its me your referring to in this video haha). This normally doesn't bother me in other homes but I wish these cabinets went all the way to the celling. Only thing I would have to outright change is the high sinks in the bathrooms. When you've got small kids that just wont work.

Nice home however lacks an entrance to the backyard if you want a back porch

We built a 50x100 5 bed, 5 1/2 bath barndo with wraparound porch, 4 car garage, RV bay doors and pool for less that 375k. This is way overpriced. I appreciate the quality and man hours but this is not a great deal.

Well, when I have lottery money in the bank, I guess I'll have to call ahead of time and talk and ask about certain points of details just to see if they would make some changes, but I would also be adding the Cozy cabin, I have my own ideas people, but I do love the majority of what they have

$500K and the second floor isn't finished? Plus, prefab/mobile homes can be hard to insure, we bought a modular for insurance and resale reasons. However, it's still not the quality of stick built.

Would never pay $500,000 for a MOBILE home. Just buy a house for that price

It's unfortunate that Deer Valley has abandoned the consumers in S.E. Oklahoma. We purchased their product to find out they won't honor the warranty. What did we do wrong to be abandoned?
